    "We did a complete remodel of our kitchen. We met Greg at the home show in Bellevue and were very impressed by his portfolio and how easily it was to talk with him from the start. We did our homework and interviewed other companies for the bid (because that's what you should do), however, no one listened to our plans or put us at ease like Greg. He was very positive about our ideas and assured us that we could make it happen. Greg and his crews were great to work with and genuinely cared about the quality of their work. We were never made to feel like just another job. Greg's greatest strength, or maybe just common decency, is that he was always available (not a typical contractor trait, believe me). I could call him on his cell anytime of day or night (and did), or if it could wait I'd e-mail him and sure enough the very next day there was an answer for me in my e-mail. You may think that's no big deal but as I sit here waiting for the third day in a row for another contractor to answer my multiple calls and e-mails, getting more and more frustrated, I realize that Greg never once ignored me in such a way.
